DVTP100(6000L/H)
double stages high Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant and VPS2000 Vacuum Pump Unit sales to Turkey, they are used
for transformer vacuum evacuation and vacuum oil purification.
Functions of
Vacuum Pump System
The purpose
of vacuuming
1. Moisture removal: transformer insulation paper and oil are easy to absorb
moisture, which can reduce insulation strength and cause partial discharge or
breakdown.
2. Gas removal: Avoid air bubble residue leading to a decrease in dielectric
strength of insulating oil or air gap discharge during operation.
3. Prepare for oil injection: Injecting insulating oil in a high-vacuum
environment can ensure that the oil is fully impregnated with the insulation
material and eliminate air bubbles.
Maintain vacuum and leak detection
• Maintain for 24-48 hours after reaching the target vacuum level (e.g., ≤133
Pa (1 Torr) or even ≤13.3 Pa).
• Perform a vacuum leak test: close the isolation valve and observe if the
vacuum level drops. If it falls too quickly, check the sealing point.
Vacuum breaking and oil injection
• After confirming that the vacuum level is stable and the maintenance time is
up to standard, prepare for oil injection.
• Oiling is usually done directly by vacuum: while maintaining a vacuum, dry,
heated insulating oil is injected from the bottom until it submerges the body.
• After the oil filling is completed, turn off the Vacuum
Pump System and slowly break the vacuum with dry air or nitrogen
After the transformer is directly evacuated through the Vacuum Pump Unit to
reach the target vacuum level, the insulating oil needs to be circulated,
dewatered, degassed and filtered by the Transformer Oil Purification Plant
Online Transformer Oil Purification Plant is
a continuous cycle process of purifying, dehydrating, degassing, and removing
impurities from insulating oil without interrupting the operation of the
transformer (or stopping operation for a short time but not draining oil). The
following is a detailed description of its working principle, system
configuration, operation process and key technologies:
Core purpose
• Maintain oil quality: remove moisture, gases, solid particles and aging
products from the oil to restore insulation and cooling properties.
• Preventive Maintenance: Extend transformer life and prevent failures caused
by insulation deterioration.
• Online operation: Reduces power outage time and achieves "non-blackout
filtration".
System composition
Online Transformer Oil Filtration System typically include:
1. Vacuum Oil Purification Host:
• Primary filter: removes large particles of impurities (>5-10 μm).
• Heater: Controlled heating (usually ≤ 65°C) to reduce the viscosity of the
oil and improve dehydration efficiency.
• Vacuum degassing tank: the core component, the oil is sprayed into a mist or
film under vacuum, separating water and gas.
•Vacuum pump set: Maintain a high vacuum in the degassing tank (e.g. ≤50 Pa).
• Oil drain pump: transports the purified oil back to the transformer.
2. Connect the pipeline online:
•Inlet and outlet pipes: Connected to the bottom (oil outlet) and top (oil
inlet) of the transformer through valves to form a circulation.
•Bypass and valve group: Realize oil switching, flow regulation and system
isolation.
3. Monitoring and Control Systems:
•Oil level monitoring: prevent abnormal oil levels in transformers.
Flow, temperature, vacuum sensors.
• Online oil quality monitor (optional): real-time measurement of moisture content,
dielectric strength, particle size, etc.
Through Online Transformer Oil Filtration
System, transformers can continuously maintain the high performance
of insulating oil without interrupting power supply or briefly shutting down,
greatly improving power supply reliability and equipment lifespan. The entire
process is a physical separation that does not change the properties of the
oil.
